Currency

All our transactions are in JPY.

Product price

The price of the product displayed on the Site.

Shipping within Japan:
Prices displayed on this website are "tax included".

International shipping:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not include in the item price or shipping charges.

Other charges
Shipping within Japan:
- Consumption tax: 10% of the product price
- Transfer fee (for bank transfers)

International shipping:
- Shipping fees
- Customs duties, tariffs and other import taxes (based on the laws of the receiving country)
-Customs clearance fees (charged by the postal service of the destination country)

* For shipments to countries or regions other than Japan, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival of the merchandise.
These charges are not included in the settlement amount on our site.
If these costs are billed by the logistics company, we ask all customers to pay them on their own.

We accept payment by credit card, Shop pay, PayPal and Bank transfer.

Credit card

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners, Maestro, Discover, CHINA UNIONPAY
* Debit cards issued by the above credit card companies are also accepted.

Please note:

・The name on the card must match the purchaser name.
・For fraud prevention, security codes are used to confirm your identity.
・If your credit card information is incomplete, we may contact you for verification or cancel your order.
・Credit card companies may apply additional charges such as currency fees for international purchases.

Shop pay

This is a payment service provided by Shopify.
Once you have registered your e-mail address and cell phone number with Shop Pay, you can easily make a payment by simply entering the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS verification) sent to you on your next purchase, without having to re-enter your shipping address or credit card information.
* Payment will be processed at the time of shipment.

Bank transfer

Please transfer the payment to the designated bank account within 7 days of receiving the notification. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, your order will be canceled. You are responsible for any fees related to the remittance (Fee: varies per bank).
* If you choose to use an international bank transfer, please note that an additional handling fee of 4,000 JPY will be charged.
Also, please make sure to select the “OUR” option for the transfer fee burden type when making the payment.
If any option other than “OUR” is selected, or if the payment amount is reduced by bank fees, we may need to charge you for the shortfall. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
