PURPOSE Inc. do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations at the convenience of the customer.
In the case of a defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@vl-purpose.com within 2 days of receiving the items.
We will not be able to accept returns without prior notification, so please be sure to contact us.

Please note that items purchased directly in-store are considered "sold as seen" and are not eligible for return or exchange.
By purchasing online, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these return and exchange terms.
